Our Principal Consultant

Joe C. Guerrero obtained a BA in Business Administration (with an emphasis on Real Estate) from Washington State University in 1997 and an MBA from the University of Oregon in 2000.  He returned home to Saipan soon after and worked for various companies in the automotive, telecommunations, and finance industries as well launch several startups including Transcends, LLC with his spouse, Eleanor T. Cabrera, MSW.  Appointed by CNMI Governor Eloy S. Inos and confirmed by the Legislature, Guerrero served as chair of the Commonwealth Public Utilities Commission (2012-2016) and on various boards throughout the years including, but not limited to, more recently, the Northern Mariana Islands Crime Stoppers (2017-2022) and CNMI Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors (2020-2022), Economic Diversification Committee and Small Business Development & Retention Committee. Guerrero is an active member of the Saipan Chamber of Commerce for over two decades, a board member for 5 years and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors and chair of the Government Relations Committee which reviews legislation and government policies affecting businesses.
